Business Automation Specialist

Are you good at spotting inefficient workflows and turning manual processes into smarter, automated solutions? Do you have a technical background and enjoy both identifying problems and building the solution? Then you might be the person we're looking for as our new Business Process Automation Specialist.

Loyalty Key is a Nordic leader in the development and operation of digital loyalty solutions for the financial sector. As we continue to grow, we want to make sure our internal processes scale with us.

You will work across areas such as Marketing, Sales, Partner Success and IT, helping us identify manual or inefficient workflows and improve them through automation, integrations, scripting or better use of existing systems.

This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can understand how a process works, identify where it can be improved and take an active role in implementing the solution.

Experience with AI tools and AI-supported automation is an advantage, but the focus of the role is broader: finding the right technical solution to make our internal workflows simpler, faster and more scalable.

You'll be part of an ambitious team of 45 people, headquartered right between Østerport and Nordhavn station, with the opportunity to work independently and collaborate across the organisation.

It is a requirement that you have a residence and work permit in Denmark.

We are looking for someone with a strong technical mindset who is curious about how businesses and internal processes work.

You should have experience within IT, automation, integrations, systems or a similar technical area, and be comfortable moving between understanding a business problem and implementing a practical solution.

• Have experience improving or automating business processes.

• Understand integrations, APIs and how different systems work together.

• Are comfortable working hands-on with automation tools, scripts or technical solutions.

• Can work with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

• Are proactive, curious and naturally look for smarter ways of working.

• Have experience with AI tools or AI-assisted automation as an advantage.

You do not necessarily need to be able to answer yes to all of the above to be considered for the position.
