Information Security & Compliance Manager

Are you experienced within information security, compliance and risk management? Do you enjoy turning requirements into practical processes and controls? Then you might be the person we’re looking for as our new Information Security & Compliance Manager.

Loyalty Key is a Nordic leader in the development and operation of digital loyalty solutions for the financial sector. We work with leading partners and clients to build secure, scalable loyalty platforms and services.

As our business and products continue to grow, information security and compliance are becoming increasingly important. We are therefore looking for someone who can take ownership of our security and compliance framework, help maintain our existing assurance setup and support us as we strengthen our compliance capabilities further.

You will work closely with management, IT and other teams across the organisation. The role will include coordinating audits, maintaining policies and controls, supporting risk assessments, following up on findings and helping ensure that security and compliance requirements are embedded in the way we work.

We are looking for someone who is structured, pragmatic and proactive. You should be comfortable working independently, but also enjoy collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

You’ll be part of an ambitious team of 45 people, headquartered between Østerport and Nordhavn station. We work towards the same goal: staying ahead of customer needs and executing on them. It is a requirement that you have a residence and work permit in Denmark.

We are looking for someone with experience within information security, compliance, IT risk, audit or a related field.

You will work closely with our IT team, who are responsible for the technical implementation of security measures, while you will own and coordinate the governance, risk and compliance activities.

Your responsibilities will include

• Maintaining and developing our information security and compliance framework.

• Coordinating audits and maintaining relevant documentation and evidence.

• Supporting existing assurance requirements and future security and compliance certifications.

• Performing and following up on risk assessments and control activities.

• Maintaining security and compliance policies and procedures.

• Supporting supplier and third-party security assessments.

• Supporting customer security and compliance requests.

• Working closely with IT and other teams to ensure requirements are implemented in practice.

• Reporting relevant risks, findings and improvement initiatives to management.

Your qualifications

• Experience within information security, compliance, IT risk or audit.

• Experience working with security controls, audits or assurance frameworks.

• Good understanding of information security and technology.

• Strong organisational and documentation skills.

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

• A proactive and pragmatic approach to problem solving.

• Experience from fintech, payments, SaaS, financial services or a similar environment is an advantage.

Experience with frameworks such as ISAE 3402, SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar is an advantage.

You do not necessarily need to be able to answer yes to all of the above to be considered for the position.
