Senior Mobile App Developer

Are you an experienced mobile developer who enjoys taking ownership of products, modernising existing apps and helping shape the technical direction? Do you have strong Flutter experience and a solid understanding of native iOS and Android development? Then you might be the person we’re looking for as our new Senior Mobile App Developer.

Loyalty Key is a Nordic leader in the development and operation of digital loyalty solutions for the financial sector. Our mobile apps are an important part of the customer experience, and we are looking for a senior developer who can take a central role in their continued development.

Today, our apps consist of a mix of native iOS, native Android and Flutter. A key part of the role will be helping us gradually modernise our existing mobile applications and move functionality from native iOS and Android implementations towards a more unified Flutter-based architecture.

As our Senior Mobile App Developer, you will work hands-on with the existing apps, contribute to architecture and technical decisions, and help us build scalable and maintainable mobile solutions.

You will work closely with our IT team and other stakeholders across the organisation. The role requires someone who is comfortable taking responsibility, understanding existing codebases and making pragmatic decisions about what should be maintained, improved or migrated.

You’ll be part of an ambitious team of 45 people, headquartered right between Østerport and Nordhavn station. You will join our IT department, where we work independently but collaborate closely as a team.

It is a requirement that you have a residence and work permit in Denmark.

We are looking for an experienced mobile developer with a strong technical foundation and a practical approach to building and maintaining production apps.

We Imagine that you

• Have several years of professional mobile app development experience.

• Have strong experience with Flutter and Dart.

• Have experience with native iOS and/or Android development.

• Understand mobile app architecture, APIs and integrations.

• Take ownership of the technical quality, stability and continuous improvement of our mobile applications.

• Have experience publishing and maintaining apps in the Apple App Store and Google Play.

• Can work independently and make sound technical decisions.

• Communicate clearly and collaborate well with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

• Have a proactive approach to problem solving and technical improvements.

Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring and mobile security is an advantage.

You do not necessarily need to be able to answer yes to all of the above to be considered for the position.
